Are all your dice handmade?

- Yes, all of our sets, singles, and even the dice on our jewelry, and accessories are all handmade from start to finish. The only dice that aren't handmade are the sets we embed in our soaps. 

What are your soaps made of?

- We use different bases and different additives depending on what we are trying to achieve. For example the d20 soaps are a coconut oil, detergent free base, they are sulfate free and typically paraben free. Whereas the Gelatinous cubes contain both sulfate and parabens, as we have not been able to make such clear soaps without them. We are not responsible for any sensitivities or allergic reactions to our products. If you have any ingredient concerns please send us a message and we can get you a detailed list for the product you want. 

Do you take custom orders?

- Absolutely. Please feel free to make requests on our listed products, or let us make you something from scratch. We love custom orders and can customize just about anything on our site! 

Where do you ship?

- There’s bound to be some hick-ups with this initial switch from Etsy’s automated system, but we’re doing our best to ship wherever USPS or UPS can go. The integrated shipping should calculate accurate rates, but the system is still new so let us know if something doesn’t seem right to you.  If you’re concerned about international shipping, please message us and we’ll answer the best we can.

How does free local pick-up work?

- For local pick you must first be local to San Diego county to get the discount. Anywhere that one could consider SD county counts, just keep in mind that we’re in north central San Diego. Use the note box on the checkout page to indicate that you want pick-up and include your preferred method of contact. If you want us to text or call don’t forget to include your number in the check out info. If you don’t put ‘pick-up’ in the note box, we’ll assume you want delivery, and ship the item(s) to you.

What's your Return/Exchange Policy?

- We accept returns and exchanges for non-customized items. Buyer pays return shipping, and must send the items in question within 14 days of delivery. Please message us if you want to make a return/exchange, or if you have any questions!
